Recently, through the wonderful Twitterverse, I've been introduced to and reading blogs from a bunch of fellow geek girls via GeekGirlBlogs.com. GGB is a website that, among other things, aggregates 130+ blogs from geek girls all over the world into one great feed.
One of the gems I found was a simple post by the Geek Girl at http://www.harmatigirl.com/ titled "Do You Back up?" Getting others to back up their data is something I think every "IT person" battles with and the biggest complaint I've had from my users is that backing up is too hard and tedious to do. So when I read Harmatigirl's review about how easy backing up was with ClickFree my intrest was piqued and I had to try it for myself.
The drive is almost as small as a deck of cards and can back up 15 different computers. On Windows XP, it literally is click free but because of the security on Vista and OS X there are a couple of clicks involved. However, overall it is by far the easiest way to back up all your important data I've ever seen and I've already started recommending this as THE back up solution for my clients, friends and family!
A full write up and review will follow but in the meantime, check out their site and infomercials:
