I've been really *busy* the past couple of days downloading and trying out the new programs I got in the MacHeist Bundle (which I'll blog about later once I figure out what most of them do LOL) but I wanted to write a quick post about my new Speck SeeThru Hardshell case. It's so awesome!
The hard "candy" shell actually snaps on to the MBP lid and bottom so it's always on. It's see thru so it really just looks like a second skin but it's hard so scratches don't penetrate it. But best of all I've got a PINK mac now!!!
The cases retail for about $50 on speck's website but you can save a few bucks by searching online retailers like amazon. However, if you go the amazon-type route make sure that you are getting the case description specifies "unibody mac with black keys." Otherwise, like me the first time I ordered it, you will probably get a case for the older, all silver MBP which will then cost over half it's value to return...LOL But that little mistake's given me an extra, never used (or opened) speck case to give away.
So if you've got an OLDER, w/ SILVER KEYS, MacBook Pro and would like a PINK, SeeThru Hard Shell Speck case - just leave a comment below telling me what your favorite Mac app is.
