Ok so I might have rushed that last post, about moving to WP, in frustration.  For now I have setup a parallel blog on WP (http://rutheraves.wordpress.com) and am test it all out.  While the comment feature is great because it defaults with Name and email, I am finding the WP has it's limitations too.  So I've decided to make this a sort of Pro/Con list that I'll be updating as I explore. When I decided to setup a blog, I chose Blogger because of the Gmail integration and because of the many themes.  However, the fact that an email field cannot easily be inserted into the comment form has made me look elsewhere.  I'm playing with all of the wordpress settings now and if it gives me all of the features i need, will be moving my blog permanently.

Last week @ work we started reading Malcolm Gladwell's book, "Blink," and I am LOVING it. It's all about those 2 seconds/first impressions and how we make decisions without thinking about it and why.
